Tara Vides began her dance journey at age eight, training in ballet and jazz before expanding into contemporary, lyrical, poms, and cheer. A surprise performance at her quinceañera sparked her love for Latin dance, leading her to focus on bachata and salsa. In 2019, Tara joined Ferocity Dance Company, where she built her bachata technique, competed, and now dances on their Semi-Pro team. She joined Inspira Dance two years ago and fell in love with its mission, the kids, and the supportive community. Tara believes dance is a powerful tool for expression, healing, and confidence, and she is passionate about creating spaces where dancers feel empowered and inspired through movement.
